  In the past 5 weeks I have had 3 appointments cancelled. Twice the therapist “called in sick.” Today, I show up at the appointment I booked in person, only to be told they didn’t have me scheduled. Not sure how that happens when you are standing in front of the person scheduling you. The best they offered was an add-on to my next service. I will not be returning to this location.
