  Most terrible flower buying experience with this shop. Ordered flower arrangement online for my girlfriend but when she received it, it looked NOTHING like the picture. It looked like something picked up from the side of the road. Nothing romantic/creative/elegant/artistic about the actual arrangement. If you can't match the flower to even close to what it looks like in the picture, fine, but even the vase was totally different! Much cheaper looking vase was used. What's worse was the card for my gf was HANDWRITTEN with terrible writing. Part of the writing was out of ink. This is probably one of the most embarrassing days of my life when what-was-meant-to-be a romantic surprise turned into some cheap-looking embarrassment. I will never buy from this florist again. Stay away from this florist.
