  I'm living in country brook apts from 2 yrs, I have observed the rents are keep on increasing for every six months. Also observed like old residents are paying more rent than the new comers. The present rent is like 2025 but my rent renewed to 2065 from 1990. My apartment is not even remodeled one, but still I have to pay more than existing price. 6 months back itself my rent renewed from 1875 to 1990. And now agian It renewed. If it remodeled apartment it's ok but without remodeling if rents are keep on increasing its very bad. 2 of my frnds joined this month for 2025 but it's renewed for me to 2065 . How come it is more than the existing rent price ? . I never see like this, always the rent would be less for the existing residents compared to new signup residents. But now my rent is increased more than the new residents price. This will be giving a very bad experience to the existing residents. I hope management will review and take care of this issues to the existing people.
